Important:

The best time for Newborn Portrait Session is within the first 10 days of the baby’s life. Parents and siblings are welcome to be in the pictures.

For this session we need natural light and about 9×9 feet of open floor space next to a window or glass door.

Wedding packages begin at $1499 and are customizable for your specific day.

All packages include:

second photographer (for getting ready part, first look, ceremony)

albums, engagement sessions, post wedding portrait sessions, second photographer (reception) or additional time are all available as either part of a package or à la carte

elopements, tiny weddings, or mid-week weddings have special rates; please contact us for an estimate

Retouching takes up to 12 weeks

Expedited 3-5 business days editing available for extra $100-200 fee (depending on session type). Just let us know, we would be happy to provide details.

Transportation costs are applicable for locations outside Palo Alto, Los Altos, and Mountain View.

Additional charges for obtaining the photography permit for specific location may be added to the initial package cost (when applicable).

IOPhotoStudio retains legal copyright of the photos taken. Photos from these sessions may be used for promotional purposes. If you prefer keeping privacy, it adds 20% to the session cost.

Unedited pictures can only be sent as thumbnails for preview or additional order.

For portrait sessions additional images are $30 each.

Your gallery will be hand edited and in line with the work seen on our wesbite and portfolio. Photographer is not responsible for editing to change body contour of appearance. Should any additional requests be made, each image will be charged at $30 per image after the first request. Additional requests are at the disrection of the photographer and a turn around time will be based on requests made. All requests must be paid in full prior to any work being done. Examples of additional editing include, but are not limited to: skin retouching where photographer did not deem necessary, body or facial enhancements, changes to hair, modifications of clothing due to wardrobe choice, face swaps if possible, major background distractions or removal of naturally occuring elements at the location.

For groups larger than 5, each additional person is $20.

Cameras, mobile phone cameras and camcorders are not permitted during any session, in studio or on location without permission from IOPhotostudio's photographers .

100% prepayment is due at the time of photo session. We accept cash, check, zelle.
